If you ever need to delete a payment method from your Tixr account please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Tixr account.

2. Hover over your user menu with your initials displayed.
3. Click Payment Method



 

4. Hover over the credit card you wish to delete

5. Click the trash can icon > Confirm you want to delete your payment method.


 Please note that you cannot delete a payment method that is currently associated with a payment plan. To update the credit card on file with your payment plan please click here.
