Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All purchases are final, and refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the event organizer. If an event has been rescheduled you will be notified via email and your tickets will be valid for the new date. If an event has been canceled, you will also be notified via email by the event organizer in regards to the next steps needed from you going forward.


In addition, please monitor the social media channels of your event organizer for up-to-date information, and please also check your e-mail spam folders for correspondence. 


If you are unhappy with the event itself, you'll need to take the matter up directly with the event organizer who can address your concerns and issue refunds, at their discretion. You can always reach out to Tixr Support to find the best contact for the event organizer at support.tixr.com. 


Q: How long will it take for my refund to appear on my bank statement?

A: Refunds can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please note that this time period varies depending on your bank/financial institution.


Q: What if my event was postponed?

A: If your event was postponed look out for an email from the event organizer letting you know the new rescheduled dates. Your ticket will still be valid for the newly rescheduled date! 


Q: What if my event was cancelled?

A: If the event was cancelled by the organizer and not postponed, you will receive information directly from the event organizer with refund instructions. Tixr is not authorized to issue refunds directly without the express approval of the event organizer.
