The method that you receive your ticket is entirely up to the event organizer. If will call was the only option available when you checked out, then it is most likely the only method the event organizer chose for tickets to be received.
Please contact the event organizer directly if picking up your ticket at will call is not feasible for whatever reason.
I don't want to pick up my ticket at will call. Can I get it mailed or sent electronically?
