A duplicate or "extra" charge may appear as 'Processing' on your credit card statement in instances when an error occurs during checkout – say if you entered the wrong billing address, for example. What happens is that the charge will be initially authorized, but then later rejected by our gateway because of the inconsistent information. However, some banks don't acknowledge the rejection until a day or two after the initial authorization.

Ultimately, if you didn't receive a confirmation email for the extra transaction and the charge is listed as ‘Processing,’ the charge will inevitably drop off. If you need these funds immediately, you should be able to contact your bank to speed up the process of getting rid of the authorization.

Apologies for the inconvenience and any confusion, and feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
