Once you have updated your credit card information Tixr will attempt to process your payment 5 days after the initial installment was due . If that payment does not go through we will attempt it again in 5 days after the previous attempt, if that attempt does not go through your payment plan will be canceled. If you would like your payment processed immediately please contact our support team by filling out a new ticket at support.tixr.com or by clicking the + New Support Ticket button in the upper right hand corner of your screen..
